BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, MAKING A PURCHASE, OR OTHERWISE SUBMITTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, RETENTION, AND DESTRUCTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We retain personal information within the period required by law or agreed upon at the time of collection. Principal retention periods:
- Membership registration & management: until withdrawal of membership (or until the end of any related investigation or unsettled obligation).

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties except with your consent or where required by law (Articles 17 and 18 of PIPA). Sharing of limited data with advertising and analytics partners for online advertising is addressed in Article 11 (Your U.S. Privacy Choices).
Article 4 (Entrustment / Service Providers)
